There is no password: your site emails you a one-time code each time you sign in. You can sign in once the site is built and live; until then the team is finishing your manager account and emails you when it is ready. Every account agrees to an acceptable use policy that sets out what a site built with OTA Builder may not do. Name screening does not catch everything, which is why OTA Builder also keeps a report abuse page open to anyone.
